In order to cooperate with the normal production of customers, as long as your equipment has an emergency during work (including Saturday), you can contact us immediately to deal with the emergency at that time, so that your company's losses caused by downtime can be minimized. We guarantee that the service engineers will arrive at the site within 24 hours (within the province) and 48 hours (outside the province) after receiving the customer's maintenance report (except for force majeure reasons).

Adequate parts inventory
In order to reduce the cost of the customer's parts inventory and provide better service, our company has prepared sufficient equipment parts and components as inventory at any time. Therefore, at any time, your factory needs to provide the parts for repair or maintenance quickly

Service time commitment
Major, medium and minor repairs of equipment are defined in accordance with national standards. If the maintenance conditions are met, our company guarantees that the actual time for minor repairs is 24-30 hours, that for medium repairs is 2-3 days, and that for major repairs is 5-7 days.
