Warranty coverage
1. For the faults within the scope of warranty, the user or the contracting party shall be obliged to notify the new company in time within the warranty period, and then the new company shall make a decision to repair the machine properly, or provide the user with replacement parts;
2. Without the prior permission of Linxin, Linxin will not bear any responsibility for the user's self repair, replacement of parts and labor costs incurred in the process. Corrosion, normal wear and replacement of normal wearing parts are not included in the warranty. "

Service time commitment
Major, medium and minor repairs of equipment are defined in accordance with national standards. If the maintenance conditions are met, our company guarantees that the actual time for minor repairs is 24-30 hours, that for medium repairs is 2-3 days, and that for major repairs is 5-7 days.

Warranty conditions
The user must correctly store, transport, install, use and maintain the machine, conform to normal operation habits, and conform to the special requirements for using the machine proposed by Linxin. Parts or equipment provided by Linxin but manufactured by other companies will be transferred to the user or the contracting party no matter what kind of warranty Linxin receives from the manufacturer.

Scope of responsibility
1. During the warranty period, LinkedIn will repair any obvious or hidden defects in the above way. Whether such liability is based on the contract terms or warranty terms during the warranty period, the repair will mean that the Company has fully fulfilled its liability for such defects. After finding defects, the user shall not continue to start the machine without informing the new company. Otherwise, the user shall bear all risks and responsibilities.
2. Scope of liability: Linking in's liability is limited to the value of the equipment specified in the contract. Linking in will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
3. When the final user of the equipment is a third party, the after-sales service is regulated by the contracting party, and Linxin is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment. When the warranty period expires and the equipment fails, the contracting party or the final user needs to pay the corresponding expenses, which are: travel expenses+maintenance expenses+parts expenses, depending on the situation.
